- Sunday Nov 2 tutorial: $20.00
- Floor demo: $500.00
- Focus demo (lunch or coffee break): $100.00
NOTE: Cancellations prior to October 6th, 2008 are reimbursed less a $75.00 processing fee. No refunds or cancellations after October 6th, 2008.
For on-line registation, please use one of the following scenarios:
- Scenario 1: You want to register as a new participant, fill up the form for scenario 1 and hit submit.
- Scenario 2: You have registered already and now you want to indicate your registration options (tutorial, banquet preferences, etc...), view your registration cost and proceed with payment. Fill up the scenario 2 section in the middle of this page.
- Scenario 3: ONLY FOR INVITED SPEAKERS. If you are an invited speaker, your registration fee has been waived, but you must complete the registration form in order for the committee to capture supplementary demographic information. In completing this process, you will also have the opportunity to make additional purchases such as banquet or tutorial tickets. Fill up the scenario 3 section at the bottom of this page
